Animal Jutsus

This was brought up in a recent post of mine (Credit to Slowpoke, I love that guy)

How do animals in the Narutoverse use Jutsus? As in, jutsus that require hand signs, like the simple Reverse Summoning Technique

Frogs have hands, but what about Snakes, Hawks, Slugs, and other animals without those limbs.
I'm actually very curious about what people might have to say about this*_*

Only frog summons can perform hand signs. Snakes, Slugs and Hawks? Nah!!! i wonder about that...
