Because he is angry im going to give this to the sannin. When he was little being angry helped him to unleash his tailed beast powers and made him stronger however now he can freely control his powers and being angry would actually hurt him because he wouldn't be thinking as clearly and would probably fall into a trap devised by the sannin. Im sure the three of them can devise good strategies against his abilities.

All of the sannin are already smarter than Naruto. Him being angry only makes the disadvantage larger in terms of intellect.
Jiraiya has partial knowledge of his abilities, Tsunade has full knowledge, and Oro can be filled in. When you consider the number of techniques the Sannin have and what their techniques do they actually pose a challenge. All techniques are not necessarily overwhelmingly powerful but strategically powerful esp Jiraiya and Oro's. Two of the Sannin are excellent at healing themselves and one is the best medic in the shinobi world. With the proper utilizations of the techs possessed and teamwork the sannin could pull this home
