I have problems
Normally im a calm person and also i do not care for much things
I had a not so cool past with people so a second personality began to awake in me
Sometimes when someone tries to change me or wants to say in a special way that everything what is related to me is nothing or that my desires are shit
i feel attacked with arguments and i start to get very agressive and the problem is that i need to destroy or punch something to let my anger out and because im forbidden to do so i must suffer because i cannot let my anger out
Also what annoys me most is that when im agressive words are of no use against me so in fact i cant control me
It feels like i would have someone else in me that wants me to get angry sometimes

can someone help?

Sometimes i feel like doing the same but donot worry, just let it go, think about it for a second and then you will feel better.

you donot need violence to deal with this problem, just talk to that person or persons and if it doesn't work then summon lord sasuke, he will kill them for you.

I have trouble controlling my rage as well, and sometimes hurt the people I care about most. Last week there was an incident where I got mad at my stepmom and told her I would kill her.

I am taking steps to resolve my anger problems starting with seeing a therapist next week...

well when i see some people i would like to punch them but thats their purpose because they will call police then i attacked once and i got trouble
i once destroyed many windows in my house with my fist

But my father is very strict and i got alot of trouble

Best advice is go and seek a professional help before you cannot control it anymore.
Its a good thing you admitted you have this problem.
Denying it won't do any good.

Talk to your parents first.
Maybe do some stuff like yoga and the likes.

Anyway, I had similar problems too. Sometimes an inappropriate word could pump up my anger in an instant. I didn't get violent, and I could control myself in public. But I was boiling from the inside. What may help, is to you realize that you actually have no reason to be angry.

Exercise or find a nobby that helps release that build up anger. Also talking to someone can help you.

If that doesn't help maybe you need a psychologist. But I don't think it's that bad from what you stated

No not really that bad but well the problem is that my anger is building up so it gets more difficult to control

Take a punching bag and beat a hell out of it at least you will get some exercise .

on serious note don't let it control you, what it gonna do to you is leave you with regret and hurt ones you care about and don't take what others say personally, just try to listen to what they say to you if it's the truth then accept it, if not don't bother yourself with it .

Your temper is not unusual and if someone is attacking you in that way then becoming aggressive is normal. What does worry me is that you are bottling it up. When you are angry, try taking it out on a game, a game like a fighter or shooter, primal screaming might also help, go some place where no one can hear and just scream or going into your room and beating up your pillow, take up a competitive sport, make sure your temper is released in a productive manor. All human beings have aggression and anger, its not good to keep it pent up because thats when it overtakes and you end up punching someone, instead of something.

Well, you would into a lot of trouble for smashing windows in your house thats not strict that money lol

You sound as if you have a spitting temper. You may want to speak to your parents about a little counselling, if you live in America, don't they have school councillors, your temper is not out of control but you do sound as if you have issues controlling it.

Trying meditation and breathing techniques may also help.
