Ok I am in a desperate need for one. Although I did not want to take any, things are proving difficult for me.

My senpai will carry over the training of my students during the time I am busy only. Once I am free I will take over all the trainings again. He will not be taking students separately. This way I can also keep a tab on him.

   Well I wish to help out people in the RP, I am even trying to become a ice shishou in order to help out more. Also it would be a great opportunity to improve myself, since students ask various questions and come up with new strategies that are quite interesting. Furthermore I hated when I started that finding training was so hard(believe I made ranting threads about it <_>) so in order to prevent people from getting annoyed I will attempt to be a fast trainer(hopefully effective as well)who trains several people(if you allow me to take students ). What else can I say it would be a good opportunity to become one, and my last reason is that you need one so why not give it a shot

5. Tell me why you want to be a senpai:
   
   When I first started looking for training people were turning me down left right and centre and I got quite frustrated by this. I kept thinking "It's really hard to even find training, so what's the point in starting?" I'm glad I eventually found training and got everything started up. Going through training I looked up to my sempai and tried to get involved by asking him questions that would try and make him think as well as me. So that we could both be involved in the experience. I enjoyed training by doing that and I hope my sempai's did as well. Why do I want to become a sempai? I want to become a sempai to have the same experience with a student of my own.

   I believe that being a sempai would not only allow me to pass across my RP knowledge but also adding to my knowledge of RP itself as I've noticed even in real life that I gain more knowledge or have a wider view of a subject by teaching it. I have been Rping on this site for some time now and becoming a sempai being one of my goals is a step in getting more stonger and noticed.
   
   To be honest, sometimes I get bored on NB and apart from making customs and bios, i believe i can channel most of the time that could have been wasted, on teaching new RPers and puting them on the right path. I'm currently being tested by scorps for a shisou in Jyuken and Byakugan-use to which i have some students of my own, a training guide made by myself and lastly some experience that would aid me during my sempai-ship.
   I went through a hard time finding a training spot during my early RP days which even gave me more zeal to become a teacher be it sempai, sensei or shisou so as to curb training drought to some extent, though we have more senseis now and more training spot but so have we new and young Rpers.

5. Tell me why you want to be a senpai: I have always wanted to be of assistance to the people on NarutoBase, especially the newer ones. Recently I have been the senpai of Migualon J.J., but since he has decided that he wants to drop his sensei-ship, I must find a new sensei to senpai under in order to continue to help newer members in their RP careers in the way I have been. My idol in terms of training and Role-Playing on the Base is -Tenzo-sensei, otherwise known as Kiritsugu; he would accept as many students as humanly possible because everyone deserves a chance, and one of those students was noob me. Without -Tenzo-sensei's accepting me as his student, I would have been waiting around for a long time in order to be trained, and no doubt would only be close to where I am now. I want to return the favor to my favorite sensei, -Tenzo-, and follow his example; being a senpai means I can help people, and will help give me experience for when I'm a sensei and can accept as many students as possible, like -Tenzo-sensei did, and help, even if slightly, lighten his workload (though I'm sure Kiritsugu has been lightening his own teaching load now that he's a mod). Additionally, as I said earlier, being a senpai is great practice for when I try to go for sensei-ship, and one of my dreams on NarutoBase is to have my own squad of gennin, like in the manga, and to teach them everything I can.

There are many reasons why i really want to be a senpai, then hopefully a sensei. With my time on this base, i notice a lot of people putting friendship over other things, new Rpers who ask and plee for training to certain sensei/senpais don't even get a reply, while as a friend of the teachers comes along, they get training right away :| to me that sucks. I also really want to help this base in all the ways i can, i wanted to be a mod but that don't look like it will happen anytime soon, but by being your senpai i can start by teaching students. Since i am online everyday, about 9-10 hours a day i can take in a lot of students and train them. I know i can handle the pressure, many times am on this base and don't have anything to do, so with this spot i can keep myself occupy. If i become your senpai, i will not deny no student and that is my word to you. So please let me be your senpai, and i promise you that you will definitely not regret me as your senpai

   I want to be a sempai for the fun and the experience of teaching. I was a sempai before, under Keotsu until recently when he was stripped of his position. I want to be a sempai again to help others, while most of all, I want to finish the students i had. I feel bad just leaving them hanging while they were training with me. I want to be a smepai also to gain more experience. 7 months wasn't enough to gain a full grasp on teaching. I also want to become a sempai because people would always tell me i'm not good enough, or i suck. Though, i kept on striving, now all i want to do is prove them wrong while also having fun. My training method is that of most teachers. I give the technique, make them perform. I then ask for a combination, then ask them to counter their own combo. This way they learn the weak spots in their moves and have fun. I know some may say this is pointless, but it helps. That is my reason for wanting to become a sempai.

Tell me why you want to be a senpai:Well,the most important reason is that I want to train and I think that I would make a good teacher but I'm not the one who will judge that.I know there are even more new rp-ers on the Base now and that there aren't enough active teachers on the base to give training to whoever needs it.Also I'm not doing anything important this year so I will be really active and I will be able to take any number of students you give me and reply to them every day,and be able to take new students the same day I finish the current ones.Also I think that I can describe every technique of the basic elements properly and show their advantages,disadvantage and proper use.

I would like to become a sempai because by becoming a sempai not only am I able to help the NB community by helping other people, I can also gain experience in teaching which is very vital for becoming a sempai and becoming a sempai is one of my goals, I have always thought that being a sempai/sensei is the correct thing as you are now guiding the new generation to become better Role Players, just like you were once guided by you sensei/sempai, I have always wanted to help people on base by one or the other way and by being a sempai I can officially train then, I also have some personal interest associated to it, I want to gain some experience in the field of teaching so that I can apply for being a sensei, I have also always thought that teaching other is fun so I want to experience it.
