#18 is the only female in DB who isn't fodder or weak. The rest play their roles and don't really do anything. Chi-Chi provides comedy in pt 2, Bulma pops out a couple of babies/dresses skimpy, and Videl is a love interest/plot device for Gohan.

no she cant chi chi has power level of around 100 or more. thats more than enough be immune to bullets.
