Bills is only beating the Z fighters because he possessess God Ki; without it, Android 17 can beat him, that I'm sure of.

In terms of power level, Bills is roughly equal to Android 17 or Frieza final form level. His God Ki enhances his abilities NOT his power level and that's why an enraged SSJ2 Vegeta was able to best him for a short time.

When Goku got God Ki, he was fighting bills in BASE FORM but with God Ki enhancement (it isn't Super Saiyan God) Goku's just in BASE but with God Ki and he was already flooring Bills in BASE.

There you have it.

It looks like you have yet to understand how powerful Lord Beerus is little hen. Goku admitted that he never stood a chance against Lord Beerus. Android #17? How dare you compare him to air.

OP, you seem confused. There's no such thing as "God Ki". The movie never stated that Bill's had any other sort of power that gave him the strength that he had or some sort of power up like SSJG. He was just naturally extremely powerful.

Lel, no. Lord Beerus has godly Ki. Why do you think SSJG Goku was able to fight him? Because he also has godly Ki. Lord Beerus even stated that normal Ki is useless against him. If you don't have godly Ki, Lord Beerus is untouchable. That's why Goku and Vegeta didn't use because they would still end up having normal Ki.
