Android 17 is as strong as Goku SSB

Today I just watched dbs episode 86 preview and I am shocked to see that in the end android 17 was keeping up with goku ssb .What do you guys think about these shitty power level decisions by Akira toriyama in Dbs what we are gonna get next goku ssb kioken 10x vs master roshi

The thing is ssb Goku can be as strong as he wants (as far as his limits go) because he has perfect ki control in that form so it's useful in matching and testing different strengths.

At least I think that's what they're going for

If Krillin fought SSB it was natural for Android 17 to do the same
Thing is, I think Goku goes SSB to get used to it more in fights, also to show the people that he recruits that he has the power to help them but also needs their help, that's how I see it at least, but it does annoy me a bit though to be honest

I think he does it to show the people he's recruiting his power, but also out of respect for the people he's sparring with, goku seems like the type who would show his power if the opponent would show they're using theirs, regardless of power difference
