Andre`s goal is to master every element and create his jutsu which combines all five elements. Background Info.
History:AndreNamikaze was born 5 years before the nine tail attack. Not alot is known about the namikaze clan besides the fact that the fourth hokage is from Namikaze clan. Elders from the Namikaze clan say that Andrenamikaze reminds them of Minato and often compare him to Minato therefor placing high expectations for Andre calling him the second coming of the yellow flash. ever since he was 4 he has been studying rules and principles of being a shinobi. Also since the elders call him the second coming of the yellow flash he has spent most of his childhood hearing stories about the fourth and his work and how he accomplished his goal of becoming Hokage. during the nine tails attack the namikaze clan was wiped out. Andre witnessed his clan destestruction and the power of the nine tails and made it his life`s misson to protect the village from future danger and also to track down the bijuu`s and destroy or seal them away permanetly. The destruction of his clan and the destruction of the village scar`d him for life and also sparked a fasination for devastation. He enrolled in the academy and scored very high on test about ninjutsu and the five elements. He would also stay after class and talk to his teachers about combining elements together and the process of doing so. The nine tails inspired him to devote his to creating a ninjutsu that can cause great devastation to his opponents and battle back the nine tails and all other bijus. He vows to use that jutsu for as the ultimate wepon for konoha.

And you haven't learnt any elements so just put 1 element you want to learn there. Add a lot more history. And add more detail to looks. We should be able to picture your character by just the discription
