Description:The user sends his chakra into the grass near him and hardens it.After that the user would be able to fire the hardened grass from the ground like senbons at the opponent.
~Note:Can be only used on terrains with short grass.

Nothing much to add,you don't have to fire the grass,you can leave it hardened for the opponent to step on.

Can this be shot to more than one opponent, in different places? Like shoot the senbons in diverging directions instead of converging on one target? Also can I rip the grass myself and throw it at the opponent, using this to harden them?

For the first one,yes you can.
As for the seconds,you can't harden it when it's not connected to the ground if you meant that,you can harden it first and then rip the grass though.
