MAdara's had two weeks to notice this new things. Entire alliance notices the guy shooting black flame. Even the hokages at the edges of the barrier notice. Patience has nothing to do with the fact that we don't see a panel of madara saying "it's so long since I've seen another ms user" or even "hm."

This isn't the first thing gone unnoticed by him. If he doesn't notice it now, when will he? We're going to get an entire chapter exclusively with his expressions?

The real problem is fighting an Edo Madara, not the Jyuubi. Madara needs to be sealed to be defeated and as far as I'm aware the only ones that have a chance at that are the previous kage. or the almighty solo goddess TenTen.
