I think it is not even debatable that this attack won't do shit against him.
Obito is on such a powerful level that he is in the position not to care about their attacks. Obito could have easily avoided all these attacks (also with Kamui) and more important, if he wanted, he could have annihilated them already. He is playing around, not carrying whether an attack will hit him. If he saw any danger, he would have worked against it.

It would have served his purposes better if he knocked Lee away with susanoo rather than loose control of the juubi. He was blitzed. There's no denying it.

He may be an edo, but edo or not, being hurt like that would sever his connection to the juubi, delaying his plans. I don't see how it wouldn't matter being separated from the juubi.
