And since Obito uses Onyoumon and now has conscience, does it mean there is no hope to see Hiruzen anymore? Sigh if it's the case, Hiruzen got seriously trolled

I think hiruzen got hit by omnyoudon by juubito all that time ago and can't regen... Kishi completely forgot about the guy. Reviving him was useless. Honestly, I think kishi is saving him for when oro and tsunade arrive, so kishi can spring out jiraiya also (and claim that's why gamabunta was busy) to have some sort of sannin reunion feeling crap where orochimaru asks for forgiveness and tells hiruzen why he tried to kill him.

Honestly, hiruzen was just brought back to tell us part 1 feats are still to scale and hiruzen is actually crap.

If he were inside the barrier, he would regenerate, as Madara stated last chapter he and Hashirama would do. Apparently the Bjuudama doesn't have that Onmyodon-effect.
