as i told there , i have no particular idea about it , but all i can guess is they are gonna use the headband as a part of madara , maybe in order to try and seal him later . who knows !! we should wait and see !

As to the scroll mentioned in the other post, that OP should have realized that is TenTen's scroll. She stores all her weapons in a scroll and adds to it regularly. She simply added the treasured tools to her arsenal.
