[Discussion] And here, I list all the problems with Gaiden.

Orochimaru got away. Unpunished for all his actions. Assisting in the war is nice, but that's not going to revive the thousands of men, women and children he slaughtered for his experiments. He deserves some punishment.

Kabuto got away. Unpunished. And better yet placed in charge of an orphanage with literally an army of Mangekyo Sharingan kids and a giant one. And he was one of the 2 masterminds behind the war, revived hundreds of legendary figures to their respective villages and the shinobi world in general, violating and disrespecting any honor they may have died with. And killed millions. But he turned into a 'good guy' so ayyyy it's straight right?

Karin is more mature than Sakura. She literally could not bare Sasuke leaving her again. All she wanted was the nuts. Karin just wanted him to be happy regardless.

Entire Gaiden was unnecessary. The point was for Karin to be the mother. Not Sakura. No reason Shizune couldn't have just said 'Sakura is your mom, you were just born outside the village'. There is no excuse for her not just saying that.

Karin keeps Sakuras umbilical cord in a glass showcase in her drawer. First of all- why [this has been answered so I digress. But the second question still stands]. Second of all, why would Sakura not have it?

Sasuke didn't kiss his own wife after being gone for 14 years. He didn't hug his wife after being gone for 14 years. He took his lunch and walked away without saying I love you for probably another 14 years.

We never got closure of what happened to adult Shin. We just don't know. He probably died, yeah. But it's poor writing to not confirm it on screen since he was the main villain of the arc.

Sasuke allowed his pregnant wife and unborn child to travel with him on his journey to find the threat bigger than Kaguya putting her directly in harms way. What the ****. Then, when she had her baby he wasn't even present. What what the the **** ****.

If his mission was so top secret, why was Karin traveling with him?

She is, but she was being selfish when she made that choice. She put herself and the baby at risk going on a wild goose chase for 9 months.

Vegeta at least atoned for himself beyond a 'yeah... sorry' by helping save the world, multiple times.

Sasuke only helped save the world once so that he could turn around and rule it with an iron fist.

I agree with most of this, although I still enjoyed it as a whole. Really I can look past most of it, what bothers me most is Sasuke's goodbye. His goodbye with Sarada was PERFECT, expected, but it still hit me in the feels. His goodbye with Sakura however quickly changed those feels into disbelief and disappointment. I mean I get thats just kinda how Sasuke is, but I wouldve seriously liked some development on him opening up a little bit more, especially with Sakura. Unlike most people I love Sakura, she definately had more cringe-worthy moments than anyone else but still. I feel like we had an entire arc filled with Maury-esque mystery, an army of MS ST using clones created by Orochimaru, Generic kidnapping and generic hero saving the helpless princess bullshit, just to show everybody how ****ed Sakura is and how horribly depressing her life is. If there ever needed to be proof that Kishi hates Sakura, this arc was definately it.

Still rate 8/10

Whoever was Hokage at the time, Naruto or Kakashi, it doesn't matter. They allowed a pregnant woman, Sakura to leave the village safety and fend for herself to find Sasuke for 9 months until she couldn't find him, and had to give birth in Orochimarus hideout.

Instead of letting Sakura go, why did they not send out the anbu black ops to find Sasuke? Surely they would have had a better chance.

We have to just accept that Karin happened to find Sakura 'by chance' and assist her on her travel since it wasn't explained how they met.

I agree no need to make this series .May be kishi wants to recreate uchiha clan through these 10 chapters.So now sasuke dream of creating uchiha clan can be possible also he said shin has some kind of sharingen.

I thought the pacing alone was horrible, and so much of the background unnecessary and confusing. Very all over the place with pacing, setting, and characters. Was not a fan.

And for real, wtf up with that umbilical cord. Karin always was a freak.
