Alright, so only on projectile jutsu which are not solid it looks like... Got it. Even though Rasenshuriken can only be thrown in Sage Mode, which Nekura clansmen cannot posses due to our bodies rejecting foreign chakra.

Okay, we just went through the process of opening one portal. Now i want you to use the same concept and open multiple portals, start with 2 then 3 and go onward til you have 9 portals open, side by side first. You can do this all in one post.

Nine portals!? O_O Oh boy...

Looking forward, Mystogan began to concentrate on his Mark of the Demon; his connection to the Juubi's chakra. Drawing forth the Juubi's power, Mystogan focused upon the surge of energy he had felt when opening portals before, drawing upon his memory as the task became easier, to open a fourth portal so far in front of him (the other three have faded out of existence, just saying fourth because it's his fourth portal over all). With the portal opened, Mystogan glanced next to it, concentrating through his Mark of the Demon into the power of the Juubi to tear open another hole in space to create yet another connection to the Juubi's near-infinite chakra supply. With the power of the Juubi, a second portal, identical to Mystogan's first four, opened up to the right of the first still-standing portal. Grinning now that that it was easy, Mystogan looked to the left of his first portal, concentrating on the Juubi's power, by extension his power, to open a third portal, tearing the space before him open as if it were a piece of paper. Holding up gloved hands, Mystogan proceeded to point to a spot next to his line of portals, to the right of the line with his right hand and to the left with the left hand, and pulled back his hand like the Second Mizukage's Water Gun technique (like a kid playing guns; I just used a Naruto reference), tearing open the space between there and the Juubi with the power of his chakra in the position he was pointing to, pretending to shoot these portals into existence until six additional portals were opened, creating a line of nine portals centered directly in front of Mystogan with four on either side of the centered portal. He then looked up at Akuma, his over-head headband half-covering his eyes and casting the rest of his eyes in shadow, as his mask hid the rest of his face, presenting an ominous appearance.

Bit more tiring now that the excitement of opening portals is over... What next, Akuma-sama?

Now I want you to create eight portals this time, making them all at once this time. Create them in a way that they form a circle in the middle. Catch that poor fox in the middle. Upon opening the portals, cause ropes of Keigoku to form from each one that ensnares the fox, binding him in place.

Looking over towards the fox, Mystogan took in a deep breath and concentrated upon how his brother had forced him into hiding behind his mask. Then he closed his eyes and whispered,

Opening his eyes on half-way, so that he was now glaring at the small (compared to Mystogan himself) fox, focusing on convincing himself that the defenceless creature was his twin brother. Bringing his eyebrows together in an expression of anger, Mystogan focused chakra into his Mark of the Demon, pulling power from the Juubi on the moon and drawing it down to earth, where he used it tear open a hole in the space before the fox's face, opening a portal just before it. As the small creature jumped, startled, and began to run away, Mystogan opened another portal in the direction which the fox began to run, causing it to jump again. As the fox once again ran in another direction, Mystogan opened a third portal, once again blocking the dim-witted animal's escape route. Continuing the pattern until eight portals were opened, creating a circle around the fox with no space for it to run through to escape, Mystogan then brought forth more power of the Juubi to summon its sheer corrupt chakra, the Keigoku, from each of the portals, sending out the chakra in the shape of a rope from every portal to bind the fox. Every time one rope touched the small creature, it caused even more mental pain and agony to the animal. Then, looking beyond the fox into empty space, Mystogan asked,

Now you create one last portal a few meters in front of the fox, causing a last rope to come out and bind him in place as you does this.

Staring forwards at the fox, Mystogan concentrated upon his power of the Juubi's chakra to open yet another portal, generating the ninth tear in space for this technique. Then, pulling out the Juubi's chakra from the moon and through the portal, Mystogan formed the dark, corrupt chakra into the shape of a rope, wrapping around the fox for a total of nine ropes binding and mentally torturing the small creature. With the ropes fully binding the fox in place, Mystogan looked over towards Akuma.
First of all, why don't the ropes of Keigoku simply pass straight through the fox like other techniques? After that I believe I'm ready for any other steps.

This time, the ropes are compressed to the point that they still past through non sentient beings but can physically affect animals and humans. Think of it as compressed chakra that forms ropes. I cant link the jutsu atm but you learned it lol

Of course. So, I'll try to think of as many as I can right now...
1) How does Keigoku interact with plants, Wood Release, and other living things which are not sentient?
2) Does Keigoku have strengths and/or weaknesses to basic five, or advanced elements?
3) Is it possible to get a Curse Seal in a bio if the bio recieves the CS in the history before being given the Mark of the Demon, or would being a Nekura clansman force the Curse Seal chakra, which is already in the bio, out of their bio
4) Just as confirmation, because I'm a Paladin, my A-rank Keigoku techniques so 90 damage instead of 60 damage (60+[50%60=30]=90), right?

1. It passes through them, only affecting sentient beings. Though living, they do not have a consciousness therefore it cannot affect them.
2. No. To put it simple, keigoku in most cases is intangible, having no real form. Just chakra to seeks out minds to raze. The only real limitations of its use are those dependent upon your rank.
3. The second, it forces the chakra out. If it didnt, when you try to use it, the chakra would then be forced outwards. The same with sage mode, you wouldn't be able gather natural chakra either.

So that means, at a certain rank, a C-rank Keigoku technique could pass through an A-rank doton technique?

In theory yes of course. However, we don't want to do things to disrupt the rp or give reason to promote more arguing so as a general rule of thumb, we'll assume that Keigoku cannot go through things of two or more ranks unless you are black Knight and higher. But it really all comes down to the description of the jutsu the enemy uses. If it creates an exceptionally large piece of earth, or a mokuton user creates a forest of trees, your keigoku will not be able to pass through it completely, despite rank advantages.
