Anbu Userbar fixed.

It was brought to my attention that someone found an error in my anbu userbar so I fixed the problem and thought since I made them public GFX on vbulletin.org I`d relase the fixed version here. Yeah thats right I`m the owner and creator of the user bars. Enjoy I`ll probably be banned soon but heres the redone image for the guy who asked me to fix it.
