The fire element, a commonly used element amongst the Uchiha, is a strong power element that is weak to water and strong again wind. The tiger hand seal is the main seal to use Katon. This element can range from fireballs to even lava by combining it with different elements and can be up'd in power and size with the element of wind.

Well to tell you the truth... It would be unbearable. Heat not only pushes you away but makes you sweat a lot more as well. Though that is the common thing about all of us human, the heat being higher will even evaporate the sweat off you not being able to cool down. I would be more dangerous to go higher.

Alright good, now even though its quite unbearable here, I want you to stay and meditate for while and kinda get use to the heat (afterall you will be handling with fire)

To handle fire is a delicate thing. You can breathe and hold in chakra in the stomach and push it out of the mouth with great force and control it with a hand sign or hold it with your hands by adding chakra to your hands to repel the heat and flame but to gently hold it so it can be used. The most common way of doing it is making the seal in front of your mouth and firing the fire chakra gathered up in a ball like form.

Now that you understand the concept and info on fire, just try drawing out fire.
Like you said earlier and you're correct about it, I'll show you how to draw or shoot out fire from the mouth (the most common way anyway). Ok first off, I want you to chakra within your stomach and with your understanding and feeling of heat apply heated (fire) chakra along with it and until you think you can release a quite nice looking flame shooting it out through your mouth.
Now that you understand the concept and info on fire, just try drawing out fire.

*takes a deep breathe and does the tiger seal while doing the power stance to focus my chakra in my stomach*
~Fire, Hot, Heat, Burning~
*Focuses and concentrates to condense and make fire chakra in my stomach*
*I open my eyes and do the handseal next to my mouth and open it wide and i breathe outwards to shoot a small and growing flame from my mouth in front of me*
~Clear your mind and think about the fire~

Alright now next we'll try to make your fire split into multiple shots increasing your range
Now apply the same concept in creating fireballs but shoot it where it starts to separate from each other

*Gathers chakra a lot quicker now since I am used to it and starts to blow a fireball out of my mouth after I do the tiger handseal. When the fireball starts to form it tries splitting down the middle to create 2 fireballs but just disappears instead*
