Raikage doesnt need to use the swords. you should know that.

So the Lightning Instantly Occurs around me. And I dash towards you while you are doing your swamp. As your hands are on the Ground I kick you in the face. Due to my increased Reaction Speed. I Grab Your Leg and Bring you over my head slaming you into the ground.

Then As you Lay on the ground I Come crashing down on you. Fist through your chest. due to the cutting power of my Lightning Armor.

Whoosh.Raikage can activate the Lightning Armor instantaneously withouth using swords. =]
