narutos move set gets countered neg diff via ameno and preta path. Whereas, all it takes for sasuke is to teleport naruto straight into his own massive tbb rs creatin the opening necesary for sasuke to teleport naruto dstraight into his chidori to the head. Face it, Sasukes moveset is the perfect counter for Naruto's.

Chidori doesn't pierce Naruto anymore it pushes him. There goes that.There's a distance thing when it comes to Sasuke's switching ability, Naruto only has to stay out of it. Plus he has faster reaction and agility then sasuke.
