Ya the Madara one was well during impact of the rasengan. I'm also not sure how fast the juubi's tenpai chi is, but it has lightning if I'm not mistaken.

Madara was also able to bring up his incomplete susanoo there too. But I don't think that's a speed factor until we see it animated.
