So what rank would you place Temari on ?

I used to think Danzo was overall better than Temari in Fuuton due to the fact that he could use it from his mouth and not just a fan but I can now say Temari is the best due to her ability and control of futon, she may not have the strongest blasts but she is the most skilled.

Great analysis! I never knew that Temari was able to manipulate the direction of her technique after releasing it.

I'm starting to see why Temari was forced to remain in the Sand Village when Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, and Lady Chiyo left to pursue the Akatsuki. With the level of destructive capacity her wind jutsus were capable of at that point, she would have had been a perfect counter to Sasori's 100 puppets: blowing back weapons like with TenTen, blowing away poison clouds (she should be relatively aware of hidden puppet mechanisms from Kankuro), and KKM could have potentially been used to cut through the chakra strings controlling the puppets, or even be manipulated to attack specific weak points.

Low kage level. On the same level as Neji, Yamato and Darui.

Temari doesn't need hand seals so the process of her using a fuuton is faster than Danzo using hand seals, taking a breath and breathing/spitting out the fuuton.

Yes, Temari would have been a force to be reckoned with so she was held back in that arc and only put against enemies that had powerful defences such as susanoo, 3rd Raikage and the Juubi.
