I think Kakuzu wins high difficulty. He'll end up outlasting Mei or catching her off guard with threads.

Suiton is incredibly useful. Mei's water pillar shoots Tsunade up into the sky where Mei can melt her with lava. Water dragon can hit Tsunade dealing a good amount of damage allowing Mei to finish Tsunade off with lava before she can regenerate.

No Mei's lava almost managed to hit Madara and forced Sasuke in susanoo. A slower Tsunade gets tagged easily.

Shunshin blitzing Mei only works if the fight starts with Mei and Sakura less than 10 m away from each other. Regardless, Mei only needs one hand seal which is much faster than travelling a decent distance to engage Mei in CQC. Surprise attacks may be Mei's weakness but there are no surprise attacks that Sakura has which will catch Mei offguard. As a matter of fact, surprise attacks are Sakura's weakness as well (

Those were just small globs of lava which don't have as much AoE nor speed as compared to the apparition technique. Karin didn't dodge it. It wasn't even aimed at her and Sasuke opted to put up ribcage susanoo because he couldn't avoid the attack. If he could have avoided it, he wouldn't have wasted chakra especially when it wasn't guaranteed he could tank it.

Tsunade can pretty much accomplish a lot of Mei's attacks with Katsuyu alone. Her liquid form can substitue for a suiton and drown out an opponent and she can also spit acid and has a larger range due to her size.

. Again Water is not going to hold Tsunade down or even phase her especially in Byakugo mode. And at any second Katsuyu can come out and take the technique and from there its over.

But again Sasuke had his back to the attack and still moved out of the way + he was tired. No it was not aimed at Karin but she was exactly where the lava hit yet she moved out of the way, Sasuke most definitely could have. Sasuke was not looking to play with Mei, he wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and find Danzo, he was not going to waste energy dodging when he could just put up the ribcage.

Tsunade can dash backwards or jump high backwards. She was able to to cross the distance that Mei's water dragon made to break open Madara's Susano which she hit milliseconds after Ay+Onoki.

Katsuyu spits larger amounts of acid and because of her size she has a larger range. She was able to shoot acid across to Manda, shitting on any range Mei has with her acid.
