This means Newton's Third Law did apply in Kiba's case so the durability feat holds. In summary, it means that it'll take the same amount of force as was contained in Wolf Fang over Fang to knock him out of double headed wolf form but it won't be strong enough to incapacitate Kiba, let alone kill him.
