Most MS moves are named after specific Shinto deities. Izanagi, Izanami, Tsukuyomi, Amateratsu, Susanoo.
Another thing to notice is that they are not unique abilities. Every tech listed have been shown/stated to be non unique. A possible exception is Itachi's Tsukuyomi however, Sasuke was hinted at using an extremely watered down form, besides I don't imagine it breaking the mold of the three, Tsukuyomi, Susanoo and Amateratsu.
Now, Koto Amatsukami and Kamui are not named after specific deities like the other ones.
Koto refers to a group of extremely powerful gods, specifically, the gods of creation, the gods of gods if you will.
Kamui refers to the authority of the gods. An absolute force since the collective will of all the gods is greater than anything.
Notice another thing, they are extremely OP, even by MS standards. They clearly surpass the other five.
Koto is the best one shot tech since it does more than just kill, it completely controls. The level of control is appearently limitless. Fitting, since if will domination is possible, only "God" can do so, with Koto being the creators, I'm not surprised.
Kamui, an unavoidable one shot tech. Makes user temporarily invincible and can teleport anywhere. Has access to an entire alternate dimensional plane. Yeah, enough said. Fitting since this power has absolute defense and absolute offense. It's absolute just like a divine authority.
