As a design choice of Kishi's - I don't get it, not unless it's there because she's an 'Obito' and it's indicating she is not an ideal Uchiha, that she is less than what is expected/desired (i.e poor eye sight).
Or that her mother wore glasses (Karin).

The first - well, it goes against the grain when I consider the designs of most characters in the anime/manga. Kids tend to look exceptionally like one parents or a good mix of both, displaying traits that are particular to them.

Salada (to me) lacks a lot of Sakura traits physically and the glasses are Karin's signature - why do it, why give her glasses if she isn't Karin's biological daughter?

The only thing I can think of is if it's to underline how she isn't the ideal Uchiha child for Sasuke. As an heir, she's a girl - and as a Uchiha, her vision is far from perfect.

But again - no one in Sasuke's family has (ever) been seen wearing glasses. Not Fugaku, Mikoto or Itachi - nor anyone else. Not even in Sakura's family do we see it. It's just... odd.
