Sasuke is full of hatred. The Kyuubi feeds of off that. He wouldn't be able to resist it like Naruto and get overtaken.

Umm Itachi can subdue Kurama with the sharingon to contain him so can sasake although Naruto is stronger being his friend so if an Uchiha could befriend him(maybe using KA) then needless to say they'd be hellish strong
