ok, so, without using Naruto Wiki;
-wind is an elemental form of chakra that enhances cutting ability of objects. wind is used to push objects around, or cut straight through them.
-it is strong to lightning and weak to fire
-Wind Style: Rasenshuriken
-Naruto Namikaze/Uzumaki and Asuma Sarutobi/Unknown...

Sup, wind? How's it going!? *I put out my hand to shake hands with my new best friend, but my hand is pushed away by the wind.* -_- You suck.

*I stand in a meditative stance (simmilar to when Naruto goes into Sage Mode) and I feel the wind. The dry wind feels as though it's cutting into my skin, especially my lips and eyelids. As the wind continues to buffet me, I begin to sway with the wind, and as I do so, I feel the force of the wind more accuratly. The wind feels more embrasing once I give in, and I hold out my hand which is flapping behind me, and it feels like the wind is shaking my hand.* I guess you don't suck. That bad.

*I set the bag down, and then pre-focus my Fuuton chakra into my hands. I pick up a leaf, and in a second, it splits apart.* Me thinks me gots an ideas! *Keeping my Fuuton chakra in my hands, I pick up the bag with my foot, and then I kick it into the air, leaves scattering everywhere.* How many do you think I can get before they hit the ground?
*I begin with the leaves closest to the ground, and touch them with my chakra-enfused hands, splicing them open at a touch. Then, I move up, and up, as the leaves come down and down. I run at full speed to make sure I don't miss any. When there is only one leaf left, I barely miss it, and it hit's the ground. I bend down close to it, and blow udner it so the leaf goes up in the air, and then I split it.* Did I miss anything? *I pick up the bag, cutting that as well.*
Say, sempai, if I were to touch the ground right now, would that split open, too?

don't you realize that you just said 'earth style style'? isn't that sand style? like what Gaara does? anywho?

*I focus my chakra into the air to move the sand before me around into a clump of sand. I focus the air around the sand to move it around me, and then I focus it into one quick burst that sends the sand flying into the tree.*

Where were the handseals? you can preform this jutsu with out its handseals. Try again.
It was good though, except when you do your handseals with it, it will be stronger.

avoiding typos is good for avoiding smart alec's (such as myself xd).
*I weave the handseals and then I focus my chakra around me. I focus it into the air, and move it down towards the sand at my feet. I move my hands simmilar to Gaara, and the wind cirles around the sand clump to better define it. Then, I sweep my hand around me so the sand whips around my legs. I make it spin around me for a few rotations, and then I send it with more force at the tree behind me. To send it into the tree, instead of my hand movments, I let it fly arond me and lift up my hand, and then snap, releasing a large amount of chakra focus while I snap to send the sand flying.*

The user will form the handseals and as the Fuusajin rises, it will collect the dust or sand before it gets directed towards the opponent.

Oi, sempai. *I run down the handseals, and then I begin. I weave them and then I focus my Fuuton chakra in front of me, but just barely. My chakra is focused more densly to my left than my right, causing a low pressure zone to my right, which draws the air from the left to the right, and then back again, due to a lack of air/chakra to the left. This visious cycle creates a wall of spinning air before me, but I have to continuously add chakra, as some air/chakra is left at either side as it spins, which means that if I were to just leave it, it would eventually die out. The wall before me continues to spin, more and more visiously with the more chakra I add, as I wait for the incomming kunai.*
science (must pronounce the first 'c' like a 'k'), and jutsu, equals a passing grade!

well, first of all, the tagged kunai would explode. second of all, the explosion would make a fireball, which would be intensified by the wall of wind. seeing as the wall isn't that far from me, I would most likely recieve large burns from the intensified flame. in additon to all of this, the great flame wall before me would block my vision of my opponent, giving them an oppertunity to strike while I'm blinded.

and people wonder why D-rank jutsu aren't used very often...

k. *I begin to mould Fuuton chakra into my palms, and then I clap them together. As my hands make contact with each other, all of my built-up chakra was released at once before me. As the chakra is expelled from my hands, I compress it into a strong blast of wind, going straight for your clone in the form of a gale. The gale knocks your clone to the ground, possibly damaging it in the proccess.*
