an Interesting thought about the new manga.

We all know kishi messed up alot of things by the end of the manga, but maybe that happened because he was planing for the new series? just think about it:

-The manga has lost it's "Ninja" feel with all the OP characters, and there's noway he can fix that, unless he greatly nerfs them which is out question.

so the only way to do so is to get rid of all the OP characters, and this should be easy for villains just make heros stronger or have a plot device and that's all, but replacing the main characters would be hard let alone killing them off.

which is why he probably made the new series with brand new characters.

also this would explain some stuff for example maybe kishi design chou chou before he even decided who would be her parents. that's why he came up with chouji and karui which is the most random one.

and that may be the reason why some characters don't look like one of their parents that much since sarada has no similar traits to sakura and bolt is basically a copy paste naruto with some minato style and no traits from hinata.

or I'm just overthinking stuff.

Well I think part 3 (mini series or not) will be much larger than kishi is letting us believe.

I think he just needed a break, he was pumping out content every week (except holidays) for 15 years.

I imagine he wants to spend time with his family much like how sarada and bolt wants to spend time with there "busy" fathers he is paralleling his life with the manga incorporrating his children into the manga series (bolt, sarada) and showins himself as the busy parent (naruto/sasuke kishi has admitted sasuke being just as a main character as naruto)

So im guessing new rushed the new generation in order to reveal bolt and sarada the new main charaters

Plus I bet if the bolt movie is good we will see more of part 3 afterwords

Sadly i don't think Part 3 will last long..during the next 3 chapters they probably face the mystery man and during the last 4 they go to Orochimaru and it ends...

I agree, he intentionally ignored the Hyuga and all of a sudden brings up Hamura and Orochimaru's development feels way too incomplete for some reason. I think he might elaborate on Kaguya's lineage with him and the new generation. i.e : Ashura + Hamura = ?
