Favourite hokage is Tobirama- why? He looks cool o.o, and i think it's just the fact that there is such a big degree inscrutability in regards to his entire character

Who i think is the strongest hokage? Hiruzen honestly takes it for me, in his fight with orochimaru it was stressed on that he was much much stronger than that, and even in his old age he wasn't performing how he normally would..
I just believe that in his prime state, On top of having knowledge of just about all the jutsu of the former hokage, and how they fight
he would end up on top if they ever brawled

Because Minato already stated the kyuubi's chakra is to massive to seal in one person, so he split it and sealed the yin in himself and the yang in Naruto.

He couldn't seal it in himself because the nine tails will just be revived and loose again. This would cause another war over the tailed beast.

The problem is, how are you to know that Minato would be the first one to find Kurama? We don't know how that revival works, but apparently they do. Also, we don't know how long it takes.
Lastly, being the strongest doesn't mean you want to wage war or will necessarily win. Hell, half the battles in this series have shown that it isn't always the most powerful combatant who wins.

Danzo kills in 1 on 1 due to KA, only Hiruzen of the past Hokages has a chance since he always has Enma present during battle. So Danzo is the best. If we were to look at the fact that he never officially became Hokage and not count him, I give Minato cuz on top of FTG, Rasengan, sealing techniques, barrier techniques, he has access to the power of every toad in Myoboku and their devastating techniques.

As for who I'd believe to be the strongest hokage disregarding character statements would be Hashirama due to him defeating Madara at the valley of the end.

Danzo by far was the strongest hokage. The guy was pretty much OP to the max. He had 10 izanagi's and could use Kotoama every few hours as opposed to 10 years. He is pretty much invincible in battle at full power.

I admit @dantee has a point, theoretically danzo can beat any kage If he had control over hashirama's cells he likely would be able to use moukton & shadow clone making him basically immortal

But hiruzen is still number one to me his chakra alone affected the atmosphere in old age he had pretty good defense & high powered offensive techniques he proved he was no one trick pony

Danzo was the coolest looking kage well atleast in his youth
Hiruzen wins best dressed & personality
