I simply feel that we should appreciate the good rper´s in our community more and for that reason, i suggest there being a fight of the month contest and the fighers get a prize while the winner gets a better prize.
Here s how it will work: At the end of every month, mods will come together and search through all battles that month and take out the very best that month that would be considered candidates for the contest, the fights don´t have to be finished but that only applies if the fight is more then a page, aslong as the thread was made that month, the mods can make it a candidate based on how good it is so far and if that battle happens to win then both fighters get equal reward.
The reward could be anything ranging from kumi to a simple icon under their avatar to username change.
What do you think? Don´t give me that "it´s too much work" for real, it doesn´t take more then a day to check and most fights these days aren´t more then a page, unless two really strong people are going at it and you´re alot of people, you´re a whole staff.
If you mods think it´s too much work then here is alternative nr 2:
The mods make 2 threads at the end of the month, 1 where the members will submit 5 battles and of those 5 only 3 get reward whatever it is, this thread will be a first come first serve and the 5 members submitting don´t have to submit their battle but they can´t submit a battle that someone else already submitted.
After the 5 submissions the thread closes and mods decide which was the best and they post the result on another thread where the winners get their rewards
the fights can even be graded from D to A and if all fight sucked that month and the best fight wasn´t that good and doesn´t fit a certain criteria then you can decline all submissions and there willbe no results that month but with that rule in place, now we know that will never happen.
As i already suggested, an unfinished fight can only be submitted if it is more then 1 page.
Actually, i choose alternative 2, it sounds better and easier to implement, also of course, if you do take this into consideration and choose to apply it then you can freely and change the idea however you want.
This was my suggestion.
