Doesn't necessarily mean Amaterasu though, and it wouldn't have been easy. It's also important to note that is only Obito's perspective, not gospel truth. It's well-known that Kishimoto uses very realistic character perspective, i.e. characters make judgements based on their own scope of knowledge, rather than magically knowing everything.

Even Itachi couldn't anticipate some of the things that Sasuke produced in that battle, so there's no way Obito is able to do so.

Itachi used everything in his arsenal against Sasuke and he still died, he died happily because that was the judgement he wanted to recieve. Read the Manga. I'm not saying that Sasuke is stronger but Itachi did put his best foot forward in that fight and Sasuke countered accordingly

No I mean Shisui had MS but that doesn't mean he was an expert 3T user. Theres no ground rule that you have to be an expert at 3T before awakening the MS

Shisui was an expert though. Itachi is one also. Even Kakashi is an expert Sharingan wielder.

Shisui was an expert with Genjutsu Sharingan not just KA. He was better than Itachi who could control multiple people at once.

No. This thread isn't just about Sasuke and Itachi.

Itachi as a 3T Expert could still give MS Sasuke (an MS amateur) a run for his money. Another example is a 3T obito who could still give MS Kakashi a hard time. Your expertice with the 3T can determine alot in a fight against an MS user. For example, Even though Itachi was an advaanced MS user Sasuke's expertice with the Sharingan aided him in breaking Tsukuyomi, a MS technique
