That is not required. Gerard is going to keep missing even if shinji attacks him non-stop and that is the point, his ability must have a limit just like other elites abilites.

I don't see how gerad can do anything against his shikai, once he aims, his perception is already messed up not to mention at that point shinji can control the attack's landing position

He don't need an attack like bambi to hit shinji like i said he has info on his ability an How it works so he's going to land a hit with that huge body just by spinning in a circle.

Lol it will come to a point were shinji attacks can no longer hurt him...for example like how Gerard is now shinji attacks would not harm him at all.

Shnji can control the attack landing position?...but anyway shikai shinji has no chance at beating Gerard..if Gerard don't kill him shinji will just tire himself out...an sense he knows of Shinji shikai ability he can just blow away that stuff you have to smell in order for his shikai to work.
