Alright, tell me a bit about the Clay? How do you plan to use it, etc. Also, want to do this RP, or analysis only?
'Explosive Clay' is an exclusive form of Blast release available to Deidara only. As explained in the manga, he developed this through his sculpting art but further augmented it by adding explosive properties to the clay after he used Iwagakure's Kinjutsu on himself. Clay release is still similar to Earth release but what differentiates them is the creative opportunities provided by clay. As in, it can be easily moulded into what shape, size and form required for a particular purpose. What makes it fun is the explosion behind its use and Deidara happens to be my favourite character in the Anime so by choosing him, I hope to have fun ; that's why we do all this, right?
Honestly, I have no idea how I'd use it now until I finish reading the technique list (too lazy lol) but I think I'd be more keen to follow suit to his primary fighting style ; Long range.

(Geijutsu Tori) - Artistic Bird
Simple techniques, where you will mold the clay and insert your chakra into it. You will then use shape manipulation to form this clay, into a bird which can be directed towards a foe.
(Keikoku no Heyutekina jutsu) - Beauty of Figurative Art
A technique where you will form a single hand seal and punch the opponent, with a bird made of clay, present. You will then release 6 clay spiders, which detonate on contact.

A basic clay technique with moderate explosion capability. Deidara manipulates his clay chakra and forms a large bird that dives into the opponent and explodes. Alternative use may involve using the bird for transportation.
This technique is not needed imo. It involves the user making a clay bird before punching the opponent, after which he jumps back on the bird and release clay spiders that detonate and explode. Seems like a Naruto Storm 4 move lol

(Nendou Bunshin) - Clay Clone
A technique where you will create two copies of yourself, made of Clay. The clay can trap within it, and can also be used to explode. Pretty simple technique.
(Sokkuri Geijutsu) – Altogether Art
A technique where you will create several explosive spiders, and launch them towards the opponent, using Shurikens as the transport. This aims to pin the opponent down, and detonate the spiders.

If so, it bursts with the power of two to three C1 bombs.

A clay version of the user that fools the visual prowess of the sharingan (1-3T) to the extent that it could not distinct between the real and the fake. Capable of reaching two, to have explosive abilities it has to be stated upon creation. If physical contact is made, the victim gets caught in it. It has the explosive power of three C1 bombs.

Pretty basic technique where the user makes spiders out of explosive clay and places them on shurikens that he throws at opponents to pin them to a surface while the spiders detonate into a widespread explosion.

To me, these are extremely basic techniques and they seem like Naruto Storm 4 moves lol. They are one way but could be directed to another path nonetheless.

The second one has the user create several clay spiders that crawl and explode on the victim, can be detonated at close proximity too tho..as seen in the series.

A technique where you will basically create a ring of explosions around yourself. Nice to keep away from tai, like most people do lol.
( Bakuton: Shō Shī Surī ) - Explosion Release: Small C3
A C3 explosion that's dropped onto the opponent. Pretty simple, and easy to perform.
