AMVs

So yeah, I was just wondering what your guys thoughts on AMVs were, I make them, and well, I'm not to great (I've been trying to find someone to help me but most of the good AMV makers have too many subscribers to care about me) Most people's argument is that 'anyone' could make them, but from experience what other people do is WAY harder.

Yeah, so basically I'm asking two things:
1) What are your thoughts
2) Is there anyone out there to help me make mine better?

They are annoying when you are trying to look fro the real video but they're good if they're good.

Oh, so like when you type 'Naruto vs Sasuke' and AMVs pop up? Yeah that is kinda annoying, good makers make sure that doesn't happen with their tags.

It really depends upon the AMV. Some are eye-sores. Others are alright. And then there are those that 'hit the spot.' Those are the AMVs that are done so well and capture the spirit of both the anime and the song so well that it becomes difficult to hear the song without the AMV, or see the Anime without thinking of the song.

This is one of the best AMVs I've seen:

It is synched and you almost have to wonder if the song was made for the Anime (or vice-versa).

1. I love AMVS. I loved them before I began making them and I love them more afterwards because you see it in a whole new light after editing clips (and downloading them) and trying to make it embody your vision.

2. Not really. We seem to have different types/styles. I'm more about the fun and my songs are more "poppy" (Most of the time) and have lyrics xd (Unless yours is different from your sample video) Still though, I guess just make everything the way you want it to be. Make it for you. I'm no AMV artist. I only make videos because I want to see my ideas onscreen. Not the best since I'm not trying to be, I know, but my ideas are getting made my me, so that's cool I guess.
