AMV problem?

Ok sorry if i can't post it here, but i didn't know who to ask or where to put it.
I posted it here 'cause it's related to AMV.
So, problem is that i can't find format videos that fit in Sony Vegas. I tried conversion but it takes too long and it freezes.
If i put an MP4 format it won't work, and i can't find any videos that can fit in.
Does anyone have idea where can i find videos? I'd really love to make an AMV about Sasuke and Itachi..

i use window movie maker so i down load clips off youtube and i use real player to to download from any site then turn them to mp4

I normally just Copy a link to amvs i find on Youtube.com a site made for uploading music and movies and post them on here well anyway i hope this information was helpful to you

Which Sony Vegas you using?

, Mkv files don't work when placing them in Sony Vegas, the way I did it was use that converter, then grab the episodes from here (Making Naruto Amvs) then I convert the Mkv file to either HD WMV or AVI.
I used to make amvs.

I'm using Sony Vegas PRO 10/11. I already used AVS Converter, but when i open them in SOny Vegas it worked, but if i minimized the program it would just freeze. I couldn't stand it, that's my problem.

With the avs, did you download it free, or get a crack?

Cracked it because the watermark thing.

Nope Trial with Sony Vegas 11 and cracked the 10..

I did the same thing with 10, never had a problem, until a few weeks ago.

EDIT: Founded the right format; MPEG. I'm so happy now!
