so far all we know about Amon is that he can steel people's bending from them and that he can't be controlled by a blood bender which means one of two things Amon himself is a blood bender therefore another blood bender can't control him just like katara and the old hang in the last air bender couldn't control one another or two hes some how achieved a part of the avatar state that enables him to avoide being controlled by bending and gave him the ability to take bending personally I like the second theory better

Yeah, Yakone. It seems only logical that he is in fact Amon. As an ex-bloodbender, he probably knows the trick to neutralizing it. He could have also figured out how to take bending away after Aang did it to him. Amon is also a skilled fighter, maybe suggesting he is pretty old, which would fit in with Yakone's age.

In my opinion it could only be Yakone, Bumi (one of Aang's sons) or just some random badass who can resist bloodbending and can take away other powers. I like the random badass part
