Dean makes his way to the training grounds, where a young man waits for him. It was rumored that Dean was going to have to teach him in the ways of Rain, an element that was becoming quite well known lately. Many people had passed the test, so Dean expected many people to come to him for training, He didn't mind teaching it though, it was quite easy in all aspects. However, it was a bit long. With a bag on his back, Dean makes it there.

"Hello there, I am Dean Winchester, and I will be teaching you Rain Release. Now tell me, what do you know about Rain Release? How does it work exactly? What did you learn in your battle with just Wind and Water, were you comfortable with these two elements? Also, what is your name?"

Dean then waited for his student to answer him, as he stood before him with his arms crossed.

As Dean speaks to Unalaq, He rises onto his feet and then faces Dean with clarity and focus.

Hello, Dean-sensei! I'm Unalaq Hyuga. when it comes to rain release, the user harnesses the rain by using their chakra. You can use the chakra to harden rain to make it resemble senbon falling from the ground. You can use the chakra to help you take advantage of the fight by zoning like with regular water techniques. I feel the most comfortable with Suiton and Fuuton. They call me the water chief in my village because water is my specialty. What i learned in my battle using only water and wind is you have to be adaptable as the elements themselves. The use of them would have to be diverse to changeable to the situation.

Unalaq looked intently at Dean waiting to hear what he thinks of his answer to his questions.

Dean listens to the man, who was named Unalaq. He seemed to know a bit about Rain, but not that much. According to what he said, he was known for his use of Water in his village, so perhaps he was going to enjoy this training session because Rain had so many useful techniques, and versatile ones too. Just like with Water Release. Nonetheless, Dean added his part.

"Alright, I see. Rain is an interesting ability, which is created by combining your Wind and Water chakra. You will then manipulate the falling Rain into various different types of attacks, or supplementary techniques. It's a very sneaky but extremely useful ability to have, and I would say that fighting a Rain user is quite dangerous. Thanks to Rain, one can easily change the way the battle flows due to it's fast and sneaky nature. Now, one can manipulate Rain or use Rain techniques without... Rain. So, make it rain!"

Dean says, as he starts playing some weird gangster song from someone's radio. The song contained odd lyrics, which spoke about making it rain.

Listening to Dean linking stealth to the rain release struck what interest he already had in the element, causing him to express a sinister smirk across his face as he imagine the possibilities he could instill into taking out his targets. Excitement coursed thru his body like the blood in his veins! As Dean began to dance to the odd music that seems to have appeared out of nowhere, Unalaq expressed his anxiousness to Dean in the most humble way he knew how.

Interesting!!!! How do you we start making it rain?

After thinking for so long, Unalaq finally remembered a jutsu that is solely for making it rain, with the hint from his sensei. Using his prowess in suiton, Unalaq weaves a seal before focus chakra to the clouds making them pour down rain which covered Unalaq and his Dean

Sorry that took so long sensei.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

I'd like to issue an apology for taking so long to reply, had a rough patch in real life, but I am back now. So let's do this!

Seeing as Unalaq could figure it out, Dean was happy. They could go on, and because Rain is one of Dean's favorites, he was always excited to teach it to a new student. Without wasting any time, Dean looked towards Unalaq with a stoic expression on his face. They had to go on now, the training has started.

"Alright, now that it is raining, we will begin. My method is as follows, I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to perform the technique against my clone, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of said technique, how you would use it in battle, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Now for the first technique you must form your Rain chakra by combining your Wind and Water natures. After doing so, gather your Rain chakra to your palm of your dominant hand. This would cause the Rain drops to be attracted to your hand. Once they are attracted, you will use shape manipulation to form the Rain into a spherical pressurized shape, like an orb. This orb of rain can then be launched towards the opponent, where it can deal minor damage like blunt impact, hitting the opponent back. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

Unalaq was happy when his Sensei was giving direction with his first technique. This mean that it is time for things to get serious, and he couldn't wait to show his sensei what he was made of, and why his village call him "The Water Chief.

He first using his advance chakra manipulation to mold his chakra, before changing his nature half to water and the other to wind before focusing both chakras to his hand while it rained around him. Soon enough the rain that was falling around him was gathering to his hand. Unalaq compact it to an orb with his advanced shape manipulation. At that moment Unalaq notices that his sensei creates a clone that immediately without warning dashes towards himself upon creation.

With his quick thinking, Unalaq tosses the orb of water at the clone, hitting the clone with much impact that causes the clone to disperse. This gave Unalaq the chance to speak to his Sensei.

This is a great ranged technique. So if you want to keep your distance from the opponent then this would be something effective for that. And since its involving the rain around you, it will make it fairly quick to perform, especial if the rain has your own chakra in it, like in my case now. Unfortunately it is most likely gonna be easy to counter and avoid. Even though the technique is easy to perform, it still takes a couple of seconds to perform and thats a little of time that can be used to stop the user from performing the technique so this with most likely be used for a destraction.

Unalaq then looks for his Sensei response so he can know if it is something that he hopes he is waiting for him to answer.

"That's right, but it's a nice technique overall. Here you go."

Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

"Okay, next technique requires you to manipulate your Rain based chakra to change the properties of the rain that is falling. This allows you to make the rain sticky like, which allows it to hold the opponent in place for like two turns, and the technique itself also lasts for two turns. So use it on my clone to capture him in said rain and hold him there, allowing for some combos."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, use your Rain based chakra to create a clone that is basically a reflection of yourself. This reflection cannot do any damage or physically harm the opponent, but it mimics the actions you do. This allows for some tactical usage of this technique, it is basically just used for that. Use it creatively."

As Unalaq notices his Sensei's clone heading towards him Unalaq manipulates the chakra within the rain around him to enhance the viscosity of the rain to make it sticky. As the Rain falls on the clone the movements of the clone is stopped since he is stuck in place by the glue like rain falling from above. seizing the opportunity Unalaq waves his hand from the sky to the ground with a present water blade following his hand movements and striking the clone, causing the clone to disperse.

Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

as another clone was created Unalaq uses his chakra control to manipulate the rain he generated to quickly form a clone that makes the same movements as him. He then causes to run ahead of him as he runs towards the clone. As sensei's clone strike Unalaq water clone make of the rain Unalaq appears before the clone before striking the opponent with a sword.

Just add them with your next post so we don't waste time, sorry once more for the late reply. I'm almost stable again z,z

"Good, that was good usage. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air). Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.

"The next technique starts off by forming a row of hand seals, and using your Rain based chakra to hide yourself within the falling rain, basically an advanced form of henge where you mimic rain. If you move slowly, you wouldn't be seen by the opponent, allowing for some sneaky attacks. However, physical contact and fast movements would cause you to be seen. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, you will use your Rain based chakra to condense a single drop of rain, into a sharp blade like form. This means you can make any rain drop above the opponent into that sharp shape, without the need of hand seals. Bad thing is, it falls in a straight line and there is a slight pause in the rain where in it is condensed. Sneaky technique, use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

stealth is my forte so i most likely be using both techniques in battle.

2 advantages works well with ninja without doujutsu and sensory ninja, and while the opponent is distracted maybe by clone of genjutsu you can sneak on the opponent and strike without warning.
2 disadvantages the row of handseals make it risky to perform during battle meaning that you have to create the opportunity before performing it or you will put yourself at risk.
The second disadvantage is the slow movement. if the opponent spots you in some way then you will need to move quickly which would cancel the jutsu.

As the clone is created Unalaq puts the opponent in a binding genjutsu immobilizing the opponent while in the illusion the opponent is being constricted by a snake. the moment Unalaq notices that the clone is in the genjutsu, Unalaq follows by weaving a chain of handseals which causes him to hide himself within the rain before walking towards his opponent to make sure that the opponent wouldn't be able to see him before Unalaq strikes the opponent with a kunai.

------

two advantages of this technique is that the first is that it doesn't require any handseals so its also quick to use without the knowledge of the opponent. the second advantage that it is a pinpoint jutsu meaning that this can be done within the opponents location. and because it is using the rain around its more of a zoning type of the technique which would put you in the high ground.

the two disadvantages is that with someone that is more aware of their surrounding if they notice that the rain stopped for a brief moment then they could easily defend. also the technique could be easily be avoidable.

As Unalaq notice the clone running to him, Unalaq simply smiles at the opponent while using his advance chakra control to sharpen a drop of rain before allowing it to continue to fall and impales the clone in the top of his head causing the clone to disperse.

"Alright, Unalaq. That was good usage of the techniques. Here you go."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user.

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.

"The next technique starts off by placing your Rain based chakra into one or more rain drops. When the rain hits the ground, it creates a small spike of water that can impale an opponent through the foot or leg, causing moderate amounts of pain. For this technique to work, there must be rain on the ground or puddles of water. Use it creatively."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, use your Rain based chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater above the opponent, and use shape manipulation and precise control to create a spear of water. With a single hand seal, this spear can be called down upon the opponent at any time during the fight once it has been created. The water will stay in the form of a spear for up to three turns, and if the opponent doesn't call it down, it falls harmlessly as water thus losing it's shape and power. Once more, a pause in the falling rain would warn the opponent of the forming spear above them."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

the moment Unalaq notice his sensei create a clone Unalaq molds rain based chakra in a few rain drops that were falling above and behind the clone to create a spear without making any gesture leaving the opponent unaware of what's to come. As the clone continues to advance he would most likely step on a puddle of water that has developed after it's been raining for a moment. The moment the opponent steps on the puddle of water, Unalaq uses his advance chakra control to cause a spike of water to impale one foot before the other. With the opponent now immobilized Unalaq forms a handseal which calls down the spear that has been hovering in mid air and impales the opponent's cranium and protrudes from between his eyes ensuring certain death to the clone before it disperses.

for the rain spike technique, the two advantages is that one it's a quick jutsu to use especially since in this case every bit of rain that is falling is created with the users chakra. also with no handseals it would be great for a surprise attack when it is being used in a humid wet area.
the two disadvantages is that those with doujutsu would be able to easily predict it because they would be able to notice the chakra molding in the water. it the opponent gets to close it would most likely be a wast of time because the opponent will most likely go airborne for a final attack which would render the technique useless.

the rain spear technique on the other hand is that it can before produced in the air without handseals which can make the technique one that compliment's my stealthy fighting style. also the when calling it down it doesn't have to fall in a straight line which make the technique more adaptable in different situations.
the two disadvantages is that to call it down a handseal is require which means that the opponent will then be alerted and will most likely counter. the other disadvantage is that the technique takes time to perform when the water has to be the gather and then there is only a limited time to execute it which gives you little time if you a having to find an opportunity to use it.

"Very good, but the Rain spear does fall in a straight path. So just remember that."

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

"Now the next technique is another useful yet supplementary technique. Using your Rain based chakra, you will focus it towards your opponent, making him a magnet to rain drops, which causes the rain drops to attach themselves on the opponent. They will then link to the ground, attaching there too, causing the opponent to be held against the ground. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, use your Rain chakra to create "false" clones around yourself as the rain falls. This is for distraction purposes only, and the clones disperse once they hit the ground or are hit. Just use this one creatively.

Then lastly, a the last C rank, the technique starts off by using your Rain based chakra to focus it into a clothing medium of your opponent. This causes them to retain the water from the rain, making them heavier as the turns pass. Best used where it is raining heavily. Use this against my clone."

As Unalaq's sensei makes the clone and have it advance to him, Unalaq manipulated his rain based chakra and focused it towards then clone causing the rain to be attracted to the clone so when it touches the clone it sticks to the clone and the ground that the clone stands on immobilizing the clone.

once the other clone was created, Unalaq manipulated the rain chakra that hit the clone and soaked into the clothes of the clone causing the water it them to become heavier weighing the clone down.

afterwards Unalaq uses his rain chakra by making two realistic clones of himself that advances before him in two different angles before clashing with his sensei's clone and dispersing into rainwater that cover's the sensei's clone and causing him to be weighed down even more before Unalaq finalizes an attack causing his Sensei's clone to disperse.

the advantage by the magnetic rain is that it debuffs the opponent. another is that it makes hard to defend against because it involves the rain that is around.

I'm sorry but i am having a hard time coming up with advantages and disadvantages.

"That's okay, I'll help you out.

The first technique's advantages is simple. The rain attracts to the opponent's body, and attaches to them and the ground. Then as it does so, it will constrict the opponent allowing for some combinations. Disadvantage is that it takes a bit of time for the rain to gather on the opponent and then to the ground, so there's that.

Second technique, the advantage is that the clones are fast to make and work well with tactical approach. If you can think of a good way to use them, go for it. Disadvantage is that they can't do anything with them really, as they cause no damage.

Lastly, the last technique I taught you now is the most useful of the lot. The advantage is that it soaks the opponent's clothes, retaining the water and makes them heavier. The technique makes it difficult to get rid of the water once it has started gathering and this could make the opponent slower unless he loses his clothes. An option that would be quite difficult in heated battle. Disadvantage is that it can only be used as the rain is already falling, and also takes some time to gather."

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment.

"Now let us move on. The first technique uses your Rain based chakra to create a clone of yourself from the clouds above you. The clone resembles you but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color. They can both deal and receive damage. Not a very clear technique but use it to create a clone of yourself."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, form a few hand seals and focus your Rain based chakra into the falling rain. This causes the Rain to draw together into a solid like shape, various ones, forming rain bullets. These bullets fall to the ground with great power and can cause quite some damage. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"Lastly, form a few hand seals and place your hands out in front of you. You will then use your Rain based chakra to gather a large amount of Rain in front of you, and use shape manipulation to effectively create a wall of rain. This wall has some form of solidarity, which makes it extremely useful against Taijutsu and Fire based attacks, however makes the opponent vulnerable against Lightning and Earth techniques. Your hands should also stay connected to it to keep it in shape. Use it to defend against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq, using a Taijutsu attack.

Unalaq then manipulates his Ameton chakra before sending it to the clouds to form a clone within the clouds that then comes down like the rain itself closing in on Sensei's clone before crashing down on him causing both Unalaq's and his sensei's clone to disperse upon impact.

As Sensei creates more clones Unalaq molds more Ameton chakra and weaves a few handseals before Unalaq focuses it into the rain around them, allowing the rain to collect together into a more solid form of multiple bullets before the bullets fall to the ground with great force while closing in on the clone before making contact with the impact of the bullets causing the clone to disperse

As another clone is create and begins to close in on Unalaq, Unalaq molds some Ameton chakra before weaving a few seals and stretching his hands out before himself, allowing a large amount of rain to gather in front of himself as the clone jumps and outstretches his right leg and tucks his left leg to Unleash i jump kick towards Unalaq. with the taking shape of a large wall Unalaq successfully blocks the clone's dynamic entry!

the 2 advantages for the cloud clone technique is there is no handseals to perform, just chakra manipulation and that with the clone appearing from the clouds themselves it gives the element of surprise to the opponent to where the clone could possibly attack from behind.

the disadvantages is even though it doesn't require handseals it's still not the fastest technique to execute meaning that the timing has to be perfect or it could possibly put you in a rough spot. also the technique would require the clone to appear from the clouds to the ground which would most likely take more time than expected. doujutsu users as well as other shinobi could most likely tell which is the clone is which is not by the "cloud resemblance part of the technique.

the 2 advantages for the rain bullets technique is that it could be strong enough to halt or control the flow of the battle before dealing the final blow to the opponent. with the bullets coming from above makes the technique harder to avoid. the disadvantages is that the technique requires handseals which is something that if not careful can be interrupted by a skilled shinobi. and second all it takes is a fire, lighting or an earth style jutsu to make it ineffective

the advantage is that you are able to successfully defend any taijutsu that is predicted to come at you from a distance, ninja tools and fire style techniques. the two disadvantages is that the technique requires handseals so there is another second to perform the technique. the second disadvantage is that the only defense is in front where the sides or behind is vulnerable for attack.

"That's more like it, very good. Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

"Now the first technique is a supplementary one. It starts off by sending your Rain based chakra into the sky. This allows you to create a large nuclei in the sky form raindrops to condense on. This creates larger raindrops that fall at a faster rate, and cause quite some distraction due to this. Distract my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"After that, by using your Rain based chakra and precise chakra control, you are capable of stopping the falling rain. This causes the rain itself to just stop right there in mid air or wherever it is, rendering rain based techniques null. Use it to stop the rain."

Dean makes it rain extremely loud.

"Lastly, gather your Rain based and use it to form the falling rain into a dagger like weapon. With control, it allows the dagger to have a solid like property and a cool thing about this technique, is that the dagger expands when it cuts someone, increasing damage done. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

after prompted from Dean-sensei to start with the first technique as he creates his clone, Unalaq molds his Ameton chakra before releasing it to the sky allowing the rain to condense into a nuclei where the enlarge at. the nuclei is fairly low and obviously visible to the opponent while still causing the rain that pass thru to grow larger and fall at a faster rate then the rest of the rain falling around the clone.

from there Unalaq molds some more Ameton chakra and releases it outwards before using his increased inherited chakra control to cause the rain to suddenly stop in place leaving the opponent confused as to what's next to come.

Unalaq then uses the Ameton chakra to gather the rain using his Ameton chakra control to form the rain into dagger in his hand he dashes towards the clone with amazing speed and slashes the clone in the clones side as he passes the clone. once behind the clone Unalaq uses chakra control to expand the rain within the clone to cause more damage and disperses the clone. At that moment continues to fall as it originally did.

the first technique is that it can be used in conjunction with the raining rain bullets or the heavy rain technique to make them more proficient also great for distraction and it doesn't require handseals so it can be used well in guerrilla warfare. thats my favorite type of fighting style if you haven't noticed yet. two disadvantages is that the technique is very noticeable so it is a supplementary if you plan to use it for a combnation then you would have to make it perfect timing or a skilled shinobi could interrupted a combination forcing you to switch tactics.

the two advantages for the halting rain technique is that when this technique may distract the opponent for a small bit and if it is the opponent trying to use the rain against you then it will halt their move. the two disadvantages is that it requires focus to stop the rain from falling which could put you in a vulnerable position if you aren't careful. your next rain technique will be highly noticeable if you try gathering rain that is immobile.

for the final technique. the two advantages from rain dagger technique is that it only requires chakra manipulation which most likely take the same amount of time as drawing a sword from its scabbard also when using this from close range you could easily go it to a fatal use of the rain technique like causing the rain from the blade to shoot water bullets at the opponents the weapons clash. the two disadvantages is that it is only used for close range combat meaning all the elemental jutsu spamming that majority of the shinobi in the ninja world tend to do would render the rain dagger useless. also fire techniques like fire shuriken and lightning techniques like chidori spear or chidori senbon would quickly turn your weapon against you.

"Awesome! Here are the techniques you just learned."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are.

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

"Now the next technique is quite interesting. It starts off by forming several hand seals, and extending your arm above your head. Through the use of Rain chakra, you will create an invisible umbrella above yourself that stops the falling rain from touching you, very useful against the Acid Rain technique which is in the S ranks. However, this can't stop rain techniques that are dense, like the Rain Spear. So use it to stay dry."

Dean makes it rain.

"After that, use your Rain based chakra, to bounce the falling rain higher into the air. As they are bounced higher, the colder it gets (the atmosphere that is). The rain then forms into a form similar to hail, which then falls down. You will then use shape manipulation to form the "hail" into a dome or a net which can trap the opponent. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.

"Lastly, another technique that utilizes the bouncing of Rain. You will use your Rain based chakra to bounce the rain higher up into the air, and then form it into a dagger. This creates a frozen dagger that falls onto the opponent. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Unalaq.
