I'd count Shino'a bugs as an automatic defense. Whether or not he has enough bugs is another question though.

We've never seen shino fight in part2 to know that his bugs are to slow and his is'nt as fast as gaaras the doesent apply that his sand is actually.

Basically, it appears on the spot where the user is focusing his eyesing, so unless you are fast enough to fool Sharingan eyesight (like A did) or can get rid of the flames you are pretty much screwed.

Hashirama wood would be useless against Amaterasu, so not a moot point here. Gaara's never blocked Amaterasu, Sasuke simply threw an Enton flame from over his Susano'o's ribcage at him, hence this is no proof at all. His Sand cannot be faster than 4th Raikage who not only charged his Armour to the max, but use Body Flicker to Dodge it as well, which makes two techniques to dodge a focused Amaterasu.

Gold Sand would not only be slow as it's imbued with gold, but even if - hypothetically and miraculously - it does manage to block Amaterasu then the way it spreads if the eye is focused, it would melt the gold and make the sand even heavier and will also rise its temperature considerably. Shino has shown no speed feats through his bugs to block Amaterasu of all the things. Hence this point is non-debatable.

FTG will only work if Minato has used a tag or FTG beforehand, otherwise, he is fried. Kakashi and Obito's Kamui would do what? Kamui cannot counter Amaterasu, otherwise Obito would not have used Izanagi to escape it. This point is obviously, completely false. Danzo has limited eyes and hence limited Izanagi usages. That's just about it.
