So do you/we blame the police or the laws that are put in place by the people who run them.. We've been sleeping at the wheel an let the politicians take control of them.
It's the laws that are put in place that have the police behaving this way & it's also a reflection of the public ignorance on not know their rights as humans.
Put the right politicians in place who can change the rules on how things operate an these things will go away over time.
