I just love how you put Democrats on there. I dont think they will remove the 2nd Amendment. I believe everyone should have a gun then the little punks that are shooting people would think twice about shooting people. I understand the so called gang violence(blacks) and I get the mental issues(whites). It all boils down to one word racism. Anywho if everyone was allowed to carrier guns I will even go as far to saying smoking weed too, it will curve the acts of violence in America period. You do have to admit its an interesting situation considering the way things are going who knows how they will punish people if they find out who still has guns after that. probably a massive fine you cant crawl out from under and they would probably take it away after paying the fine anyway.Honestly there are other alternative means of protection if people wanted ,In this modern day and age there is absolutely no reason to have a gun in a house around children.

Like its been mentioned on numerous levels before; banning guns will never solve the problem. People find ways to improvise and even more will obtain illegal means to get what they need. Taking away our second amendment is only going to further hurt this country in the future. No protection for civilians means complete reliance on our unstable military. I don't condone the actions of the government, but I can guarantee that taking away something on this level will eventually lead in a riot against the government and potentially splitting our military in half. Those who fight and serve the government as dogs; and those who join the service to protect the 'people'.

If it comes down to this, all because of the actions of the Connecticut school shooting last week (plus other possible outcomes), you can bet that enemies of this country will seize their opportunity to attack. A powerful country becomes even more unstable? Civilians with no means of protection? Who wouldn't jump on that?

i do support all the amendments even the 2nd amendment even though i am not a fan of guns but we must respect the rules put in place by our forefathers and keep the 2nd. what happen up in that school or with in the zimmerman issue is one of those things we must deal with because that is the bad that comes with having that freedom there will be people that abuse their free will and hurt others with using free speech,arms or religion. IN the end it is something we must deal with and try to our come cause this is america and each of us is given liberty to do what he/she feels like and we must respect choice.It is mess up that people try to pull others down with them and shoot up a school but not cause someone is not right in the head does not mean u should take it out on the whole country and take away a law that make america a free country.
