But facing jail time!!??? That's really extreme just for giving more money then needed! .. TOO YOURE OWN GOD DANG SON!

I don't see any crime here and I don't find the harm a little more money can do to a kid .. more specifically your son. There's no such thing as too much money. What about his future needs? his school intuition .. maybe even his college fund?

It wasn't him doing it, though. It was the employer. This same thing actually happened with my family where my dad's employer was stealing the child support money when I was younger. It's kinda common ._.

I also saw that he was overvisiting. If the agreement established that the father could only visit so much without overstaying his welcome, then that could also be contributing to his jail time.

Regardless, this is a pretty melancholy way of going to jail.
