If it is a clean hit, I can't see any of them escaping. It worked on the Eight-Tails after all. The flames just don't extinguish, so if you don't teleport away from them or have a way to seal the flames they just stay attached to your body until you are ashes.
I must remember, however, Tailed Beasts just respawn back to life after some unspecified time if they are killed off. So, in other words, it defeats them, but most definitely does not kill.

Is there proof it one shots him??? remember it didnt kill the 8 tailed therefor ti's not a one shot kill, not saying they are immortal but ammy aint one hitting anyone, it put bee unconscious butever killed him, it burns slowly

It didn't consume all of its Chakra/killed it because Sasuke turned it off. Secondly, it doesn't burn slowly if the eye is focused on the target. It spread on the whole body of Hachibi within a few seconds.
