When did Necromancer say Amaterasu defeats anyone in part 1 was my question.

And Amaterasu was a deciding factor in the final blow to Kaguya. She could have trapped them in the ice world but didn't because earlier, Sasuke used Amaterasu to escape.

Amaterasu has been effective in:

1. Killer Bee fight
2. Raikage fight
3. Freeing Naruto and Sasuke from Kaguya's ice
4. Delaying Kaguya, allowing them to defeat her

Rasenshuriken has been effective in:
1. Defeating Kakuzu
2. Defeating a non-battle Pein
3. Cutting the Juubi tree

Which has been more effective again?
