Sasuke is faster right lol. Madara shoudn't be able to react and yet he did and countered both Sasuke and Sakura together. The scan you provided, there Madara was implanting Kakashi/Obito's sharingan and was focused on retrieving his other rinnegan and didn't pay much attention to Sasuke's attack or defending himself knowing Sasuke's attack can't kill him. Its quite obvious but sure Sausage faps will always deny....
