That why Kishi put a limit on it, this technique is very hard to counter if you dont have very fast reflex because it actually able to control a target, its batter than Yomotsu Hirasaka and FTG in battle if limit is null

FTG just only speed but they cant control a target, Same as Yomotsu Hirasaka.

Fully trained Sasuke with this technique sure will give opponent very hard time to counter this technique.

Naruto in chapter 695 is save because Sasuke is using Amenotejikara on the basis of Sasuke to target and not Target to Sasuke, if Sasuke is using Target to Sasuke, chidori spear/sword sure will be use to stab Naruto body.

Indeed The radius shouldn't be a huge issue but the cooldown is what really gave it off but still a trained sasuke should be able to use it to it's full potential even with it's limitations.

it's still pretyy useful tho and the cooldown is not really that long since he used 3 times in a short time against madara that or kishs decided to give it a cooldown after that.

Sasuke's lack of skill with the rinnegan is what really made him lose the battle at vote or plot you can look at it in either way really.

All Six Paths can be used with one eye, they will just be faster and more powerful with both eyes. It's not the same case with Sasuke though.

and I can provide you scans where sasuke uses amenotejikara without swaping with anything so no it's not fanfic if it's 100% possible.

No he can't,teleporting outside objects is vastly different than teleporting something inside someone.
