Kamui everyday.
- Amenotejikara can't be spammed by Rikudo enhanced Sasuke, that needs to recharge the eye for some time before using the jutsu again. Rikudo enhanced Kakashi can spam all the Kamui powers as he wishes.
- Amenotejikara doesn't work after a certain distance. Kamui always work.
- Amenotejikara can be unpredictable, it's true. But Kamui grants flawless offense with long range space-time barrier that used by DMS Kakashi works faster than Kaguya's S/T jutsu, flawless defense with phasing, CQC hax with one-touch-warping, total mobility and versatility with Kamui self teleporting between places and from the real world to the other dimension and the opposite (and with both eyes plus Rikudo chakra the warping speed is enhanced to the point that it is basically a free seal less Hiraishin with a personal dimension added). Not to mention Perfect Susanoo that can be used in combo with Kamui powers. Not to mention using Kamui powers together with other jutsu, like Kakashi did with Kamui Raikiri.
Just compare the usefulness of Kakashi and Kamui and of Sasuke and Amenotejikara against Kaguya.

Kamui definitely. You can travel to distant countries, continents, states. Pass through walls, store things for easy access. You could live in Kamui world. Steal a bunch of clothes and furniture and generators and technology and shit, never be homeless.

Kamui, the technique that highly regard as God power. Because of it Kaguya able to get sealed by Naruto and Sasuke.

Sasuke is my favorite character but I have to go with Kamui.
Kamui is so simple to use yet so OP, especially if you have both eyes. Plus Ameno has a recharge time and limited range so it's no contest in my opinion.
