It looks like a very watered down version of Law's abilities.

Not only the object manipulation is way better, like changing organs, souls, etc., but Law can also make others immortal with his powers in exchange for his life. (Wasn't it like this?)

No, lol! Sasuke can teleport anywhere he wants within a limited range, and can extend his reach by swapping with an object he sees. Law makes a huge shpere where he can cut anything he wants and can control the objects within it. Those are 2 different concepts.
