All you are saying that he focused on Madara's head, madara moved his head from left to right/right to left, he didnt see anything but he still dodged accordingly. You haven't answered my question: how did naruto know that madara wasn't going to use a stream of fire? Because with the way he dodged he wouldn't have been able to escape from it. The fact that madara moved his head from left to right or vice versa doesn't imply that madara will be slicing anything, because the same can be done with head movement the fire stream he used against the kages as well as for a shit load of other jutsus. Naruto did see it, his senjutsu alerted him of an attack before it came out of Madara's mouth and his reflexes allowed him to dodge it. It's really as simple as that.

Madara pull out Ranton Kouga is similar to Light Blade activation of Light Saber. He moves in quick succession, lunching out the attack(jutsu) and takes no time to moves his head. All happen very fast. The fact is he never spit a Katon there.
Think it like JJ Madara pull out Light Blade from Light Saber hilt near Naruto(very close). Takes a little space to the left and swing it to the right very fast. Naruto doesnt need to know what kind of attack but he saw it even for a glimpse/second and have enough speed and reflex to dodge it. But the base of the attack is Madara's head. Thats what Naruto reacted to. Understand?????
At bold, how dense can you be? Madara himself wont be that dense to swung his head for nothing like you imply. It clearly suggested/implied that Madara wanted to slice/cut Naruto.

You forgot to mention that the databook doesn't cover Vote II fight and the fact that Ameno allows for changing the direction of the objects like he did with the Katana.
an't teleport susano unless he absorbs the tailed beasts. so get that outta there, nd im sure using ameno uses tome in his rinnegan, and that takes months to regain, so it's weakness is that he can nl do it a few times, and not ore than 3 ack t back, it also has a 70 meter range, ftg has a much highr range but nt saying its better

It's a very good move but it's not unstoppable in the same way flying thunder god wasn't even if the movement is instant the attack that follows is just the same speed as the user normally is.

So? How does that effect his Rinnegan when Susanoo is not a Rinnegan tech? No, it wouldn't. It took him a short while to recover from the cool down in the manga, Gaiden and the movie.
I think You are under the impression that most of people here has lowballing this jutsu. Wheres I think not. Maybe Naruto fappers are too loud I guess.
Wise mind know how useful this Jutsu. Without teleportation/light speed fast reflex/plot induce reflex, anyone will get one shot easily.
