There are many misinterpretations regarding the capability and inner workings of Amenotejikara. This could mostly be because of the failure to grasp the concepts of said jutsu or a failure to understand or acknowledge its power. Simply put, believing anything that it is less than haxed leaves me dumbfounded when a good portion of the base is filled with Minato wankers,kamui gg comments etc. So because of this I'm here to provide some much needed insight on this ability.
Strengths.
Combination attacks.
One of Amenotejikara best qualities is that is can be combined with other jutsus giving it a wide variety of tatics that can be used with it.
example 1- Naruto and Sasuke throwing their respective jutsus into their opponent after Sasuke uses ameno to teleport Madara between them.
example 2- Sasuke uses amenotejikara with his susanoo increasing the range and deadliness of the jutsu.
Teleportation.
It's most obvious strength is its teleportation swap skill. When using amenotejikara there a few different ways Sasuke can use amenotejikara to make the most of its strength.
The first way is to simply teleport ones self near the opponent.
The second way is to simply teleport the opponent into the attack.
The third way is to teleport an object or his sword into an opponent that begins to rush towards him.
Of course this ability can be used with the up most creativity and not what is just shown. Afterall the limits of what can be teleported are not actually established or limited when it comes to Amenotejikara. Susanoo being teleported just shows the ability is more than powerful enough to move infrastructures or even other giant chakra objects of similar size.
Dimension Travel. So only Sasuke and Otsutsuki's have the means of traveling these extraterritorial dimensions?

Amenotejikara has one great weakness. That is the limit in which the jutsu can be used in quick succession. Against Madara was shown to be able to use the ability 3x before having to recharge it. The time limit regarding how long it takes before the user is able to use it again is unknown to my knowledge. If I had to give it a rough estimate I would say a minute or two.
Another weakness of amenotejikara is that it can briefly be sensed by rikudou sage mode users due to their heightened senses. However a combination attack seems to work around their sensing abilities.
Conclusion.
Amenotejikara is mostly underrated. It's deadlier than ftg and one eyed kamui simply because it has the ability to teleport anyone or anything within your radius automatically giving you an opening to either quickly finish off the enemy. It also provides tactical options like a quick retreat,dimensional travel, lunging someone into your sword etc etc. It's easily one of the strongest abilities you can have in battle.
