While I agree, my point still stands. He reacted to it, the force may have been resulting Naruto to splash into the water but Ameno is far from being something that goes unnoticed by god lvl characters.

it was unoticed by jj madara 2 times. 3 if you count him warping away from his los without him having a clue what sasuke did

This susanoo was boosted by All the nine tails, Susano'o always increases the user's abilty. So actually Ameno was buffed by the Bijuu whereas Naruto weakened himself because of using Kage Bunshin.

1. more chakra =/= increase space-time speed. if you're getting this idea because of kakashi's kamui. it did not change the speed of the s/t it only increased the warp speed required to do the S/t. where as FTG and Ameno requires no such medium.

2. susanoo =/= rinnegan

3. bijuu chakra went into susanoo not sasuke
